3. Vehicle exceeding the height of 4.2 meters when loaded
4. Vehicle exceeding the width of 3
meters when loaded
5. Vehicle exceeding the length of 19 meters including
the trailer
6. Vehicles will not be allowed to the highway
in the following conditions
> Unevenly loaded or loaded without properly
covered vehicles; spare tire unstably attached
vehicles; vehicles
leaking water or other
types of fluid; untidy looking vehicles;
vehicles loaded with fragile items subject
to
breakage when towed in
case of accident; defective tires
> Vehicles with normal operation speed
of 50 km or below
> Other conditions considered necessary
for the road control such as natural calamity
and emergency situations
